摘要 PURPOSE: A composite of superparamagnetic nanoparticles and adeno-associated virus (AAV) is provided to effectively and quickly infect a target cell, to induce physiological reaction through the expression of a transgene, and to enable various gene therapies. CONSTITUTION: A composite contains superparamagnetic nanoparticles coated with heparin and an AAV vector conjugated to the surface of the nanoparticles. A method for improving gene delivery efficiency to cells comprises the step of culturing a gene delivery system and cells under a magnetic field. A method for controlling gene delivery rate to cells comprises the steps of: culturing the gene delivery system and the cells under the magnetic field and controlling exposure time of the magnetic field.
