COMPOSITION FOR HYDROGEL BASED ON GRAPHENE OXIDE BEING INJECTABLE AND SENSITIVE TO EXTERNAL STIMULI, METHOD FOR PREPARING HYDROGEL USING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR IN VIVO GELATION USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A composition for hydrogel maintains liquid phase at room temperature, has excellent sol-gel transition near body temperature, changes to a gel state by moderate external stimuli, and has excellent biocompatibility. CONSTITUTION: A composition for hydrogel includes 0.3-1 wt% of an oxide graphene and 0.2-1.5 wt% of a triblock copolymer represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, n is an integer from 8-540; and m is an integer from 16-70. A manufacturing method of a graphene oxide-based hydrogel comprises a step of mixing graphene oxide and the triblock copolymer represented by chemical formula 1 in a solvent of 4-25°C; a step of storing the solution at 4-30°C; and a step of forming a hydrogel by applying external stimuli to the solution.
