摘要 PURPOSE: A composition for hydrogel maintains liquid phase at room temperature, has excellent sol-gel transition near body temperature, changes to a gel state by moderate external stimuli, and has excellent biocompatibility. CONSTITUTION: A composition for hydrogel includes 0.3-1 wt% of an oxide graphene and 0.2-1.5 wt% of a triblock copolymer represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, n is an integer from 8-540; and m is an integer from 16-70. A manufacturing method of a graphene oxide-based hydrogel comprises a step of mixing graphene oxide and the triblock copolymer represented by chemical formula 1 in a solvent of 4-25°C; a step of storing the solution at 4-30°C; and a step of forming a hydrogel by applying external stimuli to the solution.
