PURPOSE: A front rail structure is provided to improve rigidity corresponding to impact by changing and applying the shape of a cross section of a crash box and a front side member of a vehicle and reduce the applied thickness of a panel. CONSTITUTION: A front rail structure (100) includes a bumper rail (110), a front end module (130), a front side rail (140), and a crash box (120). The bumper rail is arranged in the forefront of a vehicle. The front end module is arranged on the rear of the bumper rail. The front side rail includes a front transform unit (150), a rear transform unit (170), and a center rigid unit (160). The front transform unit is directly connected to the rear of the front end module. The rear transform unit is directly connected to a frame (180) of the vehicle. The center rigid unit is arranged in between the front transform unit and the rear transform unit. The crash box supports the front end module by being extended from both sides of the bumper rail to the inside and is connected to the front side rail. |
