PURPOSE: A stretching apparatus for fatigue recovery is provided to relax foot muscles, ankle muscles (Achilles tendon), and calf muscles while conducting various types of stretching exercises in a state in which an ankle is bent to inside with respect to a calf once the apparatus is worn on foot, ankles, and/or calves and to recover accumulated fatigue by stimulating peripheral nerves. CONSTITUTION: A stretching apparatus for fatigue recovery comprises a foothold (20) which is composed of a board shape in a foot shape and which is equipped with a first binding material (10) to fix foot when it comes to a product which is made to conduct stretching in a state in which the foot is bent to inside being worn on the foot and ankles; a fixing material (30) which is composed to surround the ankles and calves and which is connected to form an acute angle with the foothold; a second binding material (11) which sticks to and fixes the ankles by being connected to a terminal of the foothold and the fixing material; and an ankle bent adjusting means (40) which is composed to control a bent degree of the ankles with both terminals connected to the foothold and the fixing material. |
