摘要 PURPOSE: A contactless needle sensing injector and a closed loop control type fuel spray system using the same are provided to sense the needle behavior of an injector in a contactless manner, thereby implementing the control of fuel spray through a closed loop during the an engine operation time in a state where the durability of a needle sensor is maintained. CONSTITUTION: A contactless needle sensing injector includes a nozzle (2), a valve piston (3), and a needle sensor (10). The nozzle is located in a cylinder body (1) which has multiple spray holes bored thereon so as to spray the induced fuel, and opens and closes multiple spray holes. The valve piston moves a needle (5) so that the fuel is sprayed according to the fuel spray point, and has a return spring (6) elastically support the nozzle. The needle sensor penetrates the cylinder body, detects the valve piston behavior while not being contacted with the valve piston, and transfers, to a controller (20), the logic which controls the fuel spray point with the detected signal.
