<p>PURPOSE: A pipe connecting pin and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by integrating a jamming protrusion with a pin body and to enhance the structural stability of a joint. CONSTITUTION: A pipe connecting pin(40) and a manufacturing method thereof comprises a pin body(41), a jamming protrusion(42), and a shaft end part(43). A pair of jamming protrusions is located in the central part of the pin body in a longitudinal direction and is protruded into a ring shape on the outer circumference. Each jamming protrusion is integrally formed on the pin body by bending one longitudinal side. The shaft end part and jamming protrusion are formed by pressing both ends of a raw material through a pressurized die.</p> |
