PURPOSE: A lecture content providing system using data synchronized with lecture materials and a lecture content providing method thereof are provided to manufacture lecture content by recording lecture content with synchronization information. CONSTITUTION: When online lecture time requested by a student terminal is arranged, the student terminal connects to an online lecture by using an application (S31). When the online lecture is posted, lecture material data is displayed on a screen of the application (S32). A lecture is executed by inputting lecture content through a teacher terminal (S33). After the lecture content inputted as share data is received by a lecture server and is transmitted to the student terminal by receiving the voice data of other student (S34). The application is displayed on the screen by receiving XML data generated by the teacher and other student (S35). The application is transmitted to the lecture server by receiving voice data in the output process of the shared data (S35). The application receives the writing data of the student and is transmitted to the server (S36).
