<p>PURPOSE: A light switch integrated monitoring camera is provided to detect movement at an establishment region from an image obtained in a monitoring camera and to turn on and off the light according to movement of a user. CONSTITUTION: A camera unit (210) detects image movement at an establishment region among images of a photographed predetermined region. The camera unit outputs a lighting control signal of a light if movement of a user is confirmed at the establishment region. The camera unit outputs a blackout control signal of the light if the movement of the user is not confirmed at the establishment region in the state that the light is turned on. A light switch unit (220) is integrally formed with the camera unit so that the camera unit is equipped in a light switch main body and takes a picture of an external predetermined region. The light switch unit turns on and off the light according to the lighting and blackout control signals of the camera unit.
