PURPOSE: A random information processing method is provided to delete the personal information by infiltrating a spam mail sender's server in case of an unnecessary spam mail. CONSTITUTION: A random information processing method is as follows. A wired/wireless communication module (110) performs a transmission-receiving function of wired/ wireless data with a sender's server (A1,.,An) and an encryption processing function. A control unit (120) generally controls each function of a device; and an information provider cost payment program storage unit (130) processes costs which occur according to the indiscriminate information provided by an information provider. The cost payment program storage unit comprises an opinion transmission module (132), a cost estimation module (134), a settlement checking module (136), and a data storage unit (138). A personal information deleting unit (140) removes the personal information which is included in a transmitted spam mail.
