PURPOSE: A measuring tank of cooling water quantity for a rail member and a measuring device thereof are provided to easily and accurately measure cooling water quantity used in heat treatment for a rail member, and to compare one cooling water quantity contained in one of the divided accommodation spaces with other cooling water quantity in other accommodation spaces. CONSTITUTION: A measuring tank of cooling water quantity for a rail member comprises a water tank(100), a water tank body part(110) and a partition part(120). The water tank body part is provided with an accommodation space for cooling water inside the cross section in the width direction, and stores cooling water separately by classifying the upper space and both sides of a rail member. The water tank body part is formed with a size capable of being mounted inside the cooling bed for a rail member, and a rectangular shape with a rectangular section along the longitudinal direction of a rail member. The water tank body part includes a supporting part(130) more extended and protruded from both ends part of the sides of the bottom. The partition part is protruded upwards from the center of the inside of the water tank body, and provided to divide the accommodation space into a left, right and center isolating spaces. |
