PURPOSE: An electronic diary device including a plurality of identification marks and a method thereof are provided to supply the convenience of confirming and input content by displaying all content of a selected identification mark on a screen. CONSTITUTION: An identification mark management unit (1200) adds, modifies, and deletes identification marks differentiating names in a diary and an identification mark storage unit (1400) stores identification mark management information. A recorded content management unit (1300) adds, modifies, and deletes recorded content such as memos and schedules and a recorded content storage unit (1500) stores recorded content management information. An individual identification mark display unit (1600) selects an individual identification mark to display the recorded memos and the schedules. A whole identification mark display unit (1700) selects and collects individual identification marks to display only recorded content of the selected individual identification marks on a screen.
