PURPOSE: A snow pneumatic tire having the same driving performance on all roads is provided to efficiently reinforce the rigidity of a block by minimizing the sagging of the block, reinforce driving performance on a normal road, and satisfy snow driving performance. CONSTITUTION: A snow pneumatic tire having the same driving performance on all roads includes a plurality of inner blocks and an outer block. The inner block includes a plurality of sipes (300), and a gap is formed in between the sipes. The outer block is formed on the outside of the inner block and has a gap (D) and a depth for reinforcing the rigidity of the inner block. |
