PURPOSE: An interface activity oil spill dismantling material is provided to deal with an oil leakage accident, and to prevent second contamination. CONSTITUTION: A device is comprised to promote water's solubility in oil by generating sound wave. A surfactant and subtense are used for melting the oil. An environment-friendly soap is used as the surfactant by a minute amount, and a biological buffer is also used. |
