PURPOSE: A sterilizer for water is provided to conveniently generate sterilized water in a required manner and to minimize wasted water and electricity. CONSTITUTION: A sterilizer for water comprises a sterilizing module (400), a pot (200), and a spray module (100). The sterilizing module generates sterilized water by using water. The pot capable of being connected to the sterilizing module stores water or sterilized water. The spray module capable of being connected to the pot sprays mist of sterilized water. The pot includes a connection device to which the sterilizing module and the spray module can be connected. The sterilizing module is dipped in water to generate sterilized water.
