PURPOSE: A water-soluble lubricant composition for pressing and drawing metal materials is provided to improve workability, degreasing power, and rust-prevention. CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble lubricant composition comprises 50-73 wt% of lubricating base oil, 5-15 wt% of extreme pressure additives, and 20-30 wt% of an emulsifier, and 2-6 wt% of an anticorrosive. The lubricating base oil is one or more selected from mineral oil and additives. The extreme pressure additive comprises a halogen compound, a sulfur compound, and a phosphorus compound at a ratio of 1-5 : 1 : 1-2. The stickiness index of the mineral oil is 80 or greater.
