PURPOSE: A vessel having a fuel cell is provided to efficiently remove contaminants from exhaust gas and improve the power usage efficiency thereof by using a fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A vessel having a fuel cell comprises an engine (210), a contaminant removal unit (220), a fuel cell (230), and a heat exchanger (240). The contaminant removal unit is connected to the engine and removes contaminants from exhaust gas generated from the engine. The fuel cell includes anode and cathode. The heat exchanger is connected to the engine, the contaminant removal unit, and the fuel cell, and the exhaust gas passes through the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger receives heat from the fuel cell.
