摘要 PURPOSE: A plane coordinate measuring method using a laser distance measuring sensor and a position measuring sensor and an instrument thereof are provided to obtain gradient data and direction data from a first position measuring sensor module and a second position measuring sensor module and thus to move the running body to a desired position through the accurate calculation of plane coordinates. CONSTITUTION: A measurement instrument (20) comprises a main plate (210), a first position measuring sensor module (220), a sub-plate (230), a second position measuring sensor module (240), and a laser sensor module (260). The main plate is mounted on the running body in which a driving unit and a steering unit for operation are included. The first position measuring sensor module is placed on the main plate and measures direction data during rotation by locating a rotary shaft in a direction crossing the ground. The second position measuring sensor module is combined to and rotates together with the first position measuring sensor module, and a rotary shaft is located in a direction crossing the first position measuring sensor module to measure gradient data during rotation. The laser sensor module is connected to the rotary shaft of the second position measuring sensor module and irradiates a laser beam to measure distance data.
