THE METHOD TO EXTRACT HERB INGREDIENTS CONTAINING AROMATIC FLAVOURS FROM AROMATIC MEDICINE PLANTS(HERBS)

PURPOSE: A method for extracting a medicinal ingredient containing a perfume ingredient from aromatic medicinal herbs is provided to obtain a medicinal herb extract without the loss of nutrients, aromatic materials, various medicinal compounds (phytochemicals), and taste. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting a medicinal ingredient comprises the steps of: harvesting and washing medicinal herbs; storing the medicinal herbs in a refrigerator at 0-10°C; dipping the medicinal herbs in water of 80-90°C for 5-10 seconds; adding cold water of 0-10°C and pulverizing the medicinal herbs; treating the medicinal herbs with fibrolytic enzymes including cellulase; and filtering and purifying the extract.
