PURPOSE: Genomics pattern analysis device algorithm using log double and the number of amino acid is provided to predict similarity by using just numbers and to increase the effectiveness by using log double which is an irrational number. CONSTITUTION: Genomic patterns are schematized by taking log in the number of amino acid. The difference between protein and organization in human is classified by using the genomic patterns. |
