PURPOSE: Shoes which uses magnetic rise is provided to make a user healthy by effectively absorbing impact using magnetic force while being stable; and to solve floor noise of an apartment once the shoes is provided to be worn indoor. CONSTITUTION: Shoes which uses magnetic rise make the whole area or a partial area of a midsole be separated into a lower midsole (10-1) and an upper midsole (10-2) by a blank space; make repulsive force be applied arranging a permanent magnet (M) with the same polarity to be opposite on each lower midsole and upper midsole; and the upper midsole and the lower midsole make the repulsive force be controlled by a pulling means (20). The production method of the shoes which uses the magnetic rise includes the following steps; a first step which fixes a first permanent magnet on an upper surface of the lower midsole; a second step which places the upper midsole on a fixture for fixation of a string; a third step which makes the lower midsole and the upper midsole be bound by inserting wires, which are prepared in a binding hole (11) which is formed along with a periphery of the lower midsole and the upper midsole, consecutively; a fourth step in which an outsole (30) is combined on the lower surface of the lower midsole and which combines the lower midsole with an outsole in a state in which a magnetic field blocking body (50) is made to be formed on the upper surface of the outsole; and a fifth step which removes the fixture for fixation of the string and which combines the second permanent magnet on the upper midsole in a state the magnetic field blocking body is inserted in a space between the lower midsole and the upper midsole to generate the repulsive force with the first permanent magnet; a sixth step which makes an upper leather be combined on the upper midsole. |
