The hub can rotate by being connected to the center of the wheel. The reducer reduces engine outputs by being connected to the hub. The trailing arm assembly includes a housing (61), a connection unit (62), an arm bush (63), and a spring sheet. The clutch pack is installed in the housing of the trailing arm assembly and includes a first clutch plate and a second clutch plate. The motor is connected to the second clutch plate by a spline in an internal space (61a) of the housing and supplies a driving force to the clutch pack.
