PURPOSE: A system and a method for remotely diagnosing the malfunction of an elevator and maintaining and repairing the elevator are provided to remotely diagnose the malfunction of the elevator and to directly maintain and repair the elevator in a remote place or maintain and repair the elevator by sending a worker to the remote place.
