PURPOSE: A liquid inserting apparatus for skin with a lighting unit is provided to project a light toward a needle unit so that no shadow is made on the skin for inserting a liquid to the skin and a liquid inserting work is well carried out indoor places with little light. CONSTITUTION: A liquid inserting apparatus for skin with a lighting unit comprises a main body, a needle unit which is equipped with a needle and detachable to the main body and discharges the liquid of the needle unit by moving the needle back and forth by the power from a power supplier in the main body. The needle unit is comprised at least of transparent or semi transparent materials and comprises a light unit (20) which is located in the back of the needle unit and projects a light toward the needle unit.
