摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A heat treatment method for high-speed steel and the high-speed steel manufactured by the same are provided to apply the same to various tools such as a cutting tool, a cold forging tool, a warm working tool, a blade, and a wood-working tool. CONSTITUTION: A heat treatment method for high-speed steel includes: a step of sintering the high-speed steel at a temperature of 800 to 1200°C for 20 to 30 minutes using a spark plasma sintering method; a step of quenching the high-speed steel at a temperature of 1200 to 1220°C; and a step of tempering the high-speed steel at a temperature of 550 to 570°C. The quenched high-speed steel includes 1.20 to 1.35 parts by weight of C, 0.001 to 0.40 parts by weight of Si, 0.001 to 0.40 parts by weight of Mn, 0.00001 to 0.03 parts by weight of P, 0.0001 to 0.03 parts by weight of S, 0.001 to 0.25 parts by weight of Ni, 3.80 to 4.50 parts by weight of Cr, 3.00 to 4.00 parts by weight of Mo, 0.001 to 0.25 parts by weight of Cu, 9.00 to 11.00 parts by weight of Co, 3.00 to 3.70 parts by weight of V, and 9.00 parts by weight of 11.00 of W against 100 parts by weight thereof.</p>
