PURPOSE: A polyurethane-coated light diffusion plate for an LED is provided to improve the optical permeability and the optical diffusivity by coating a thin polyurethane film on a polypropylene sheet. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane-coated light diffusion plate for an LED has the light transmittance over 60%, the fading rate over 99%, the color difference of 0.7, and the chrome yellow less than 0.34 and includes a polypropylene sheet (1) for LED light transmission and polyurethane (2). The polyurethane is coated on one side or both sides of the polypropylene sheet. The thickness of the polypropylene sheet is 1-5mm and the thickness of the coated polyurethane is 0.02-1 um. |
