PURPOSE: A mouthpiece for brain stimulation exercise, brain stimulation sporting equipment and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to stimulate the specific site of a brain through pressure applied to teeth. CONSTITUTION: A mouthpiece for brain stimulation exercise includes at least one groove formed in the mouthpiece in order to press a correction segment by the teeth of a patient after the correction segment is inserted into the inner space of the mouthpiece. In a state in which the patient stands on an inclined plate, the correction segment is pressed by the teeth of the patient.
