PURPOSE: A hot stamping apparatus without a scrap disposal unit and a hot stamping method using the same are provided to implement a trimming process using a shearing mold before a molded body is cured when a press mold is closed. CONSTITUTION: A hot stamping apparatus includes a base plate (110), a lower mold (120) fixed to the base plate, an upper mold (130) corresponding to the lower mold, a press slide (140) moving the upper mold up and down, an elastic supporting part (150) placed between the press slide and the upper mold, a shearing cutter part (160) forming a cutting line on a blank exposed to outside the upper mold and the lower mold, a blank holder (170) on which the blank is mounted, a cushioning pin supporting the blank holder which is movable up and down, and a heater part (190) controlling the local temperature of the blank. |
