PURPOSE: An optical information storage medium recording method and optical information storage medium system thereof is provided to secure recording quality of the circumferential area including a managing information area of an optical information storage medium. CONSTITUTION: An optical information storage medium recording method comprises the steps of: obtaining compensation recording power (S204); recording the management information (S205); and recording a data area (S206). The step of obtaining compensation recording power is to obtain compensation recording power by performing an OPC process in a test area after recording a fixed data area. The step of recording the management information is to record the management information in a management information recording area by using the compensation recording power. The step of recording the data area is to record the data area by returning to the data area after recording the management information area.
