PURPOSE: The automatic traffic enforcement system and a method for controlling thereof is provided to change the main setting by using the voice of the user, to change the traffic enforcement of the school zone, the bus-only lanes and etc. CONSTITUTION: The automatic traffic enforcement system using voice recognition interface (100) is composed of the camera (1121) taking pictures of the vehicles, the microphone (1122) which receives the first voice of the user, and the control unit (1180) which decides the violation of traffic regulations. The first voice, here, is the voice in which meets the pre-conditioned standards from the user. However, the sensing part (140) does not recognize every voice from the user as the voice for controlling the vehicle, but it only recognizes the voice satisfying certain conditions of voice as the voice for traffic control.
