PURPOSE: A production method of laver rice is provided to offer evenly distributed nutrients, and to offer improved digestive functions. CONSTITUTION: Brown rice with rice embryo buds is washed with water. 1 kg of washed brown rice is mixed with 1.1-1.2 kg of water, 10g of sea tangle, and 2-5 g of lotus leaf powder, and the mixture is cooked. The sea tangle is removed from the cooked rice, and the rice is cooled. Seasoning oil and salt are added to the cooled brown rice. 130-140g of seasoned brown rice is spread on laver. Stuffing ingredients and dried, fermented, and salted radish slices are put on the rice or another laver for rolling the rice. |
