PURPOSE: A processing method and a system supporting the same are provided to contact a guardian by confirming information of a special sticker which is attached to a skin of a missing kid by a third person when the kid who does not remember self-information is lost. CONSTITUTION: A guardian of a kid applies for a kids guard service in advance (1). A system issues a kids code to the guardian (2). A sheriff applies for an issue of a necessary safe sticker to a server (3). The guardian receives the corresponding sticker (4) and attaches the corresponding sticker to the kid (5). In case a situation which is unable to find the kid (6), a guardian executes a kids guard application which is installed in a terminal and reports that a kid is missing (7). The kids guard server notifies registered content to sheriffs who are located within a designated range based on a location when a kid missing report is registered (8). If a location is within 1 or 2 km from a location where the kid missing report is generated, a sheriff terminal stores the active flag of the sheriff terminal in the kids guard server (9). A sheriff who receives a terminal alarm starts an action (10). In case the missing kid is detected by inputting a code into the terminal, the sheriff reports to the kids guard server (11). In case information which says that the missing kid is found is registered, the information is provided to the terminal of the guardian (12).
