PURPOSE: An agricultural and marine product drying apparatus is provided to reuse a heating source of air inside a drying chamber which is discharged to the atmosphere for ventilating. CONSTITUTION: A discharging duct (28) discharging air inside a drying chamber is installed on the front and rear sides of a heating chamber (18). A circulation hole and a discharging hole are formed on both sides of the discharging duct. A heat pump (40) is connected to the discharging hole. A space (43) is formed inside a housing (42), and the rear side of the housing is formed of a connection pipe (44) connected to the discharging hole. A condenser (50) exchanges heat of external air flowing into the housing using a high temperature and high pressure heat medium.
