PURPOSE: An automation-manual transmission is provided to implement a smooth and stable shift feeling by preventing the degradation of torque during a change of speed. CONSTITUTION: A first input shaft (3) and a second input shaft (5) are installed in parallel with each other. The first and the second input shafts form a common output shaft (1) and a plurality of shift gears. A first switching device reverses a direction of power supplied from a flywheel of an engine. A second switching device reverses a direction of power supplied through a clutch. The second switching device delivers and blocks the power to the first or the second input shaft.
