PURPOSE: A production method of flying fish roe is provided to remove the fishy smell of the flying fish roe using natural products, and to improve the quality of the flying fish roe. CONSTITUTION: Flying fish roe is mixed with electrolyzed water for processing. The flying fish roe is soaked in natural products selected from an orange peel water solution, a green tea water solution, or a Curcumae longa water solution.
