PURPOSE: A jig for a radiation pad for a heating device and for manufacturing the same can maintain a graphite formation which is radiating material and prevent decreasing of overall radiation characteristics. CONSTITUTION: Radiation pads (100, 110', 100") for a heating device comprises a core plate (110), first and second peripheral regions (131, 133), and cover sheets (130, 130"). The core plate is composed of graphite and comprises a first main surface (111), a second main surface (113) opposed to the first main surface, and multiple sides connecting the first main surface and the second main surface. The first peripheral region and the second peripheral region are attached to the first main surface separately, forming an open region between each region. The cover sheet is located between the first peripheral region and the second peripheral region, and comprises a center region to surround part of the multiple sides and at least part of the second peripheral region. |
