PURPOSE: A gear clutch is provided to be separated from a driven shaft and to be installed to another driven shaft during abnormal operation. CONSTITUTION: A gear clutch comprises a male shaft(100), a female shaft(200), and an outer gear part(300). The male shaft comprises an outer surface gear(110) which is capable of transferring power to the outer surface. The male shaft comprises a protrusion part(120) on the side of the end part thereof. The female shaft comprises an outer surface gear(210) which is capable of transferring power to the outer surface. The female shaft includes a groove part(220) in which the protrusion part on the male shaft fits. The outer gear part is formed on the outer surface of the male and female shafts. The outer gear part forms an inner surface gear(310) which engages with the outer surface gears on the male and female shafts. |
