PURPOSE: A backlight unit supporting component, a backlight unit equipped with the same, and an image display device are provided to prevent shadows from being formed on a screen by using a supporting component formed with a transparent material in a plate shape. CONSTITUTION: A supporting part (110) is formed with a transparent material, is installed at the bottom of a light-diffusing plate and supports the light-diffusing plate, and a first end of the supporting part touches the light-diffusing plate. A base (120) is formed at a second end of the supporting part and fixes the supporting part to a lower chassis of a backlight unit. The supporting part is formed in a plate shape, and the width of the first end is narrower than the width of the second end. |
