CONSTITUTION: A fixing frame (130) supports both ends of a rotation frame. A control frame (210) includes a combining frame (211) and a clamping frame (213). The combining frame is combined with the fixing frame in a lower direction. The clamping frame corresponds to the radius of rotation of the combining frame. The clamping frame is extended in both directions of the combining frame.
