<p>PURPOSE: A method for deciding dynamic voltage and frequency scaling is provided to maximize power saving, by predicting the work load trend of a processor allocated to a target process. CONSTITUTION: If a user executes a DVFS program installed in a computing system, the DVFS program makes a list including a process which is executed in the computing system (S110). The DVFS program displays the list in a display (S130). If at least one of processes included in the list is selected through an input device, the DVFS program sets the process allocated to the target process as a DVFS processor to apply the DVFS (S137).
