PURPOSE: A composition for preventing or treating Th17-mediated diseases containing poly-gamma-glutamic acid is provided to inhibit the differentiation of Th17 cells, and to promote the differentiation of Treg cells, thereby preventing and treating the Th17-mediated disease effectively. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating Th17-mediated diseases contains containing poly-gamma-glutamic acid as an active ingredient.
