METHOD OF POLISHING A THIN GLASS

PURPOSE: A method for polishing thin glass is provided to prevent damage by polishing the edge of the thin glass in a glass-on-glass state. CONSTITUTION: Thin glass (100) is obtained by cutting a glass source. The thin glass is attached to a carrier glass (200). The edge of the thin glass is polished by using a polishing device (400). The thin glass is inputted in a package process.
