PURPOSE: A hardening method for a resin case of a card type wireless transmitter-receiver is provided to fundamentally reduce manufacturing processes and manufacturing costs and reduce changes in metal components of the resin case in a secondary hardening process. CONSTITUTION: A hardening method for a resin case of a card type wireless transmitter-receiver comprises an emergency key receiving member forming process (101), an inserting block insertion process (103), a cavity forming process (105), a resin case forming process (107), and a resin case complete hardening process (109). The hardening method for the resin case comprises as follows. The temperature difference of an inserting block and the resin case is generated so that the inserting block is removed from the resin case due to the thermal contraction (109a). A gap between a circuit board and the resin case molded by a pressing member is reduced (109b). The resin case fixed to a pressing jig is put in an oven and is hardened for the predetermined time after the predetermined amount of nitrogen gas is injected (109c).
