PURPOSE: Radiation apparatus capable of checking if radiation escapes from an assembly or not from far away can radiation accidents. CONSTITUTION: A body (100) has an assembly (120) where radiation sources (110) are inserted inside. A guide tube (200) which is arranged at the end of the body guides radiation sources to a certain object. An operating unit (300) is arranged to move radiation sources following the guide tube. A warning unit (400) is installed on a handle (130) of the body. In case that the amount of radiation exceeds the set rate, the warning unit produces warning signals.
