PURPOSE: A fruit peeling device is provided to remarkably reduce the supplying time of compressed air and suction force, and to prevent the position error of a cutter unit. CONSTITUTION: An automatic original point control unit (70) is installed on a supporting stand of a rotation unit (50) and a rotary shaft, and returns a cutter unit (60) rotating to peel a fruit to an original point. A suction force providing unit (100) is installed on one side of a suction pump (20) for providing suction force generated from the suction pump to a suction unit. A solenoid valve (80) for suction and discharge is connected to the rear side of a suction pipe (32) of the suction unit for providing compressed air from an air discharging unit (200) and the suction force from the suction force providing unit to the suction unit. A first supply hose (120) transfers the suction force to the suction unit when the solenoid valve is opened and closed. |
