PURPOSE: An audio device switching process is provided to minimize undesired effects between the signals and to maintain enable or disable time by avoiding hot temperature electronic susceptibility. CONSTITUTION: An audio device includes control logic (125) and an analog-to-digital controller (ADC) (105). The ADC provides an ADC output signal including a plurality of voltage steps according to the value of an enable signal by receiving the enable signal. The control logic receives the ADC output signal and provides control voltage to the control input unit of a switch. When the ADC output signal is under a first threshold value or is over a second threshold value, the control voltage includes the ADC output signal. When the ADC output signal is the first threshold value or the second threshold value, the control voltage is conducted from the first threshold value to the second threshold value.
