PURPOSE: A wand-shaped component for portable electric blenders is provided to reduce torque required to move a blade through mixed raw materials because a blade member includes three blades and each blade is formed to be the same as a curve protruding to the rotational direction. CONSTITUTION: A wand-shaped component for portable electric blenders is a wand-shaped tool (20) for hand blenders and includes an elongated housing accommodating a rotary drive shaft. One end of the tool is formed to connect the shaft to a motor driven drive outlet and a food processing head is formed to the other end of the tool. The food processing head is connected to the shaft and includes a loop member (36) and a blade member (26) mounted for the rotation inside the housing in which the opening end is formed. The blade member each has tips and includes three or more blades (32a, 32b, 32c) following each different cutting path inside the housing in the rotation. The inner surface of the housing supports a protrusion unit (40) facing the tips of the blades. Each protrusion unit provides each bluff body relative to the food moving to each protrusion unit. |
