PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing snow and ice from roads and fattening the roads is provided to remove the snow and the ice from the roads and to fatten the roads by rotating a glider corresponding to road shapes. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing snow and ice from roads and fattening the roads comprises first and second mounting brackets (100,200), a glider (300), left and right cylinders, a support bracket, a vertical actuating cylinder (700), a longitudinal angle-controllable cylinder (800), and a lateral angle-controllable cylinder. The first and second brackets are installed in front of a vehicle body (1). The glider is installed to rotate in front of the vehicle body corresponding to road shapes to remove the snow and the ice piled up on the roads. The left and right cylinders are rotationally installed in the left and right sides of the first and second mounting brackets and longitudinally move the left and right sides of the glider. The support bracket is installed in the left and right cylinders to rotationally support the glider. The vertical actuating cylinder is rotationally installed in the second mounting bracket and the support bracket to vertically move the glider. The longitudinal angle-controllable cylinder and the lateral angle-controllable cylinder are rotationally installed in the glider and the support bracket to control the longitudinal and lateral angles of the glider.
