PURPOSE: A bad smell preventive manhole case and an environmentally friendly method for producing a manhole case which fundamentally prevents bad smell using the same are provided to protect residents from bad smell and provide pleasant environments to pedestrians by automatically preventing the backflow of bad smell from a manhole. CONSTITUTION: A bad smell preventive manhole case comprises a plurality of inlet grooves (102) on a lattice manhole (100), primary bad smell preventive plates (104, 105), a secondary bad smell preventive plate (103), and a movable hinge. Movable grooves (101) are formed on one and the other sides of the inlet grooves. The movable groove is inserted with the movable hinge. The primary and secondary bad smell preventive plates are formed on one and the other sides of the inlet grooves.
