PURPOSE: A learning tool is provided to maximize educational effects by effectively arranging the consonants and vowels of Hangul. CONSTITUTION: A block (20) includes an insertion hole which is horizontally penetrated through both sides. A supporting bar is combined with the block through the insertion hole of the block, and each end of the supporting bar is extended to the outside from both sides of the block, thereby making the block rotatable. A frame unit supports both ends of the supporting bar to make the block rotatable on the supporting bar. The frame unit is equipped with an accommodation space (61), a case (60) with left and right sides (62,64), and a fixing unit (70). The fixing unit prevents arbitrary separation of the supporting bar from a combined state. |
