PURPOSE: A method for estimating the motion vector using a plurality of motion vector predictors, a device thereof, an encoder thereof, a decoder thereof and a decoding method thereof are provided to estimate useful adjacent partitions for motion vector estimation of a current block and to signal information of the estimated partitions. CONSTITUTION: A partition selection unit (502) selects at least one partition compared to a current block to obtain motion vector difference in a plurality of partitions adjacent to the current block based on a current block and the space similarity between the plurality of partitions adjacent to the current block. A motion vector estimation unit (503) estimates the selected partition as a motion vector of the current block. The motion vector estimation unit generates motion vector difference.
